Add clients to the waiting list

Just a name, phone or e-mail, how often they come for hygiene and how long the treatment takes. You can also upload clients all at once from Excel.

Someone cancels

You enter the free time and Dentiora shows you who from the waiting list fits it best. The message with the date and time is ready straight away.

Send the message and you’re done

You copy the message and send it. When the client accepts, you tap “Accepted” and the appointment goes into the calendar by itself. When you click “Declined”, Dentiora offers the next candidate for the slot right away.

FAQ

Is my data safe? What about GDPR?
You only store what you need to arrange an appointment: a name, a phone number or e-mail and, optionally, a title and date of birth. Birth numbers, addresses and health data don't belong in Dentiora. The service refuses to save text that looks like a Czech birth number. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your account switches to read-only mode: you can still see your data, but changes are paused until you choose a plan.
Does Dentiora work on mobile?
Yes. Dentiora runs in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer. Nothing to install.
Does Dentiora send text messages itself?
No. Dentiora prepares a message with the date and time; you copy it and send it from your own phone or e-mail.
Can I add colleagues?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Invite colleagues to your team. Each has her own calendar and you share the waiting list.
Can I import clients from Excel?
Yes. Save your Excel sheet as CSV and upload it to add clients all at once. A sample file is available in the app.

About us

Ing. Šárka Vítová

Founder of Dentiora and Dentiora EDU

I completed my bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene at the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University (2023). I went on to a master's degree (Ing.) in Economics and Management at the University of Economics and Management, Prague (2025). I continue to learn in both fields.

Given my experience in IT, I decided to create the Dentiora app.
I believe that the Dentiora smart waiting list (for healthcare professionals) and the Dentiora EDU educational materials (for healthcare professionals and the public) will be helpful to you.
After all, oral health affects the health of the whole person.
All materials are for educational purposes only and do not replace individual consultations with your dentist and your dental hygienist.
